Rebecca Lee

 

REBECCA C. LEE, PhD, RN, PHCNS-BC, CTN-A

Dr. Lee holds advanced certification in Community/Public Health Nursing as well as Advanced Transcultural Nursing, and in 2012, was inducted as a Scholar by the Transcultural Nursing Society. In August 2015, she was appointed director of the Institute for Clinical Inquiry at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Dr. Lee is a Beta Iota Past President and in November 2015 will complete a one-year term as a scholar in the inaugural cohort of the Experienced Nurse Faculty Leadership Academy of Sigma Theta Tau and Chamberlain College.

Dr. Lee has conducted funded research projects, presented at local, regional, and national venues, and is published papers in the areas of family homelessness, human rights, diversity, and cultural competence. Her research goals are to promote the health of vulnerable populations such as those experiencing homelessness through development of culturally congruent interventions that support resilience, health, and well-being.
